I found POCOMAIL, it's not free. I'm working with for a few months, it cares a lot for security and spam. unfortunately, powerfull options means more setup, more test, more time to understand the security philosophy about attachments and inside images, and many days to adjust perfectly the several filter method against spam. u will find on the toolbar a button "Check mail on the server" which gives you the ability to read and delete your spam mail before it can reach your hard disk !! i never used it, instead i use the "before downloading, check if ..." filter. only for advanced people who cares about security and spam.
