Olala Homes Enters the Hotel Management Sector after Acquiring Two Hotels in Spain

Barcelona, August 12, 2024 – The vacation rental company Olala Homes is making its debut in the hotel sector with the acquisition of two hotels in Spain: Hotel Robson, located in the tourist city of Lloret de Mar in Girona, and Hotel Eurowest, in the historic city of Salamanca.

Hotel Robson, with 50 rooms, enjoys an excellent location on the Costa Brava, in a destination highly sought after by young travelers during the summer months. The property is scheduled to open a dining space in 2025. Meanwhile, Hotel Eurowest offers 25 rooms and stands out for its excellent connection to the center of Salamanca and its main tourist attractions.

Olala Homes’ decision to expand into hotel management is seen as a natural step following its solid growth in recent years in the tourist apartment sector. The company, which operates more than 600 properties in eight countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, also has strong experience in the hotel sector through its sister company, Rina Hotels. With this deep knowledge of the hospitality business, Olala Homes is confidently moving forward with its growth plans in the hotel segment.

Founded in Barcelona in 2014, Olala Homes was created with the aim of offering professional hospitality services that make guests feel at home. Its business philosophy focuses on innovation, sustainability, functionality, design, and first-class services, providing personalized experiences that go beyond what traditional hotel chains offer. With digitized processes, it also delivers the smart and seamless experience today’s travelers expect.

“We are excited about the new challenge of positioning Olala Homes in the hotel segment. We want to offer a new generation of travelers a high-quality, functional, and smart experience in a collection of attractive tourist destinations—both urban and holiday-focused—that will continue to expand over time,” says Ittai Savran, CEO of Olala Homes.
