Barcelona, 24 September 2025 – Olala!, a leading company in the vacation rental sector and a benchmark in the tourism real estate market, returns to The District Show in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most important real estate congresses, with major updates and new concepts that will reinforce its Food & Beverage division.
From 30 September to 2 October, all attending professionals at The District will be able to discover Olala!’s latest developments at its exhibitor stand, located in Hall 4 of Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via venue, stand B253.
The company once again chooses The District to communicate its most significant projects. Last year, it announced a 100-million-euro investment plan to expand across Europe through 2027. This year, Olala! arrives at Barcelona’s leading real estate event with the aim of relaunching its Food & Beverage division through innovative business concepts and new projects.
The first of these is Almina, a newly opened establishment in the Portuguese town of Cascais, embracing the increasingly popular farm-to-table concept. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, Almina focuses on cuisine that celebrates the land and sea while connecting with local essence. Olala!’s new vision to enhance its F&B division places the emphasis on culinary experience and tradition.
With this new development line, Olala! will continue expanding in Europe, growing its presence in attractive locations and complementing its hotel operations. The company currently operates nine hotel establishments under different brands and is set to confirm new additions in 2025 and 2026.
Adding value to the sector
Olala! will also have a prominent role in the expert forum that The District organizes alongside its exhibition area. Ittai Savran, the company’s CEO, will participate in two round tables addressing topics of great relevance to attending professionals:
He will join the session “Hospitality Real Estate: Strategies for Sourcing and Developing Product” (30 September, 11:15 a.m.), where he will analyse, together with other industry leaders, the strategies helping hotel real estate companies adapt to an increasingly competitive environment.
On the closing day, he will take part in the panel “From Recovery to Growth: The New Outlook for Hospitality Investment” (2 October, 10:00 a.m.), to discuss macro-trends and the evolution of hotel asset classes following the post-COVID recovery. He will be joined by Miguel Casas Albandor from Stoneweg; Carlos Miró from Hilton; and Alejandro Roca Soto from Sercotel Hotel Group.
Finally, as part of its participation in The District, Olala! will host a press cocktail on Wednesday, 1 October, to present its new projects and the launch of its Food & Beverage division exclusively for the media.
